What is the Medical Fast Pass and how do I get one?
It's a pass for the medical lane at the border crossing on your way back to the U.S. We provide it with your treatment at the clinic — you leave your appointment with the pass and use the express lane instead of the regular line.
I don't live in San Diego — is it worth traveling?
Many of our patients come from elsewhere in California and Arizona, and some fly in: the CBX bridge connects Tijuana airport's terminal directly with the U.S. With the virtual consultation, you travel once, with everything planned.
Do I need a passport?
Yes — to return to the U.S. you need a valid passport or travel document, as at any crossing. We include the reminder in the WhatsApp itinerary we send you.
What if I need follow-up after my treatment?
Your follow-up happens over video and WhatsApp with your own specialist. You only return to the clinic when your plan calls for a next session — never for a simple check-in.
